- "COMBO" Crop Insurance Workshop -- 10:00 AM
A workshop explaining “COMBO”, the new multi-peril crop insurance policy, will be held from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15, at the Cherokee County Extension Office. Other crop insurance topics will also be discussed. Registration is $20 and includes lunch. To register call the Cherokee County Extension Office at 225-6196.
- "Angel Food Ministries" Order Deadline
Deadline for ordering “Angel Food Ministries” food boxes is Thursday, February 15 by calling the Center for Financial Education at 722-3527. Pickup is scheduled for Saturday, February 19, from 9:00 – 10:30 AM at the Sioux Center First Reformed Church Family Life Center. This service is available to all people, regardless of financial status.
- "Break for Lunch" -- 12:00 PM
“Break for Lunch” will meet at Noon on Tuesday, February 15, at the Sioux County Livestock Company. Lynn Collver will speak on “Journey Notes”, how to grow strong, traveling life’s roads. Cost is $7.00. Call Joan at 722-2597 to make reservations.
