- Le Mars Bible Church Missions Conference
The Le Mars Bible Church will hold a Missions Conference Thursday through Sunday, September 17 – 20. Services will be held on Thursday and Friday evenings, Sunday morning and Sunday evening. There will also be a men’s breakfast, ladies’ luncheon and youth event on Saturday. A nursery and program for children through 4th grade will be provided for the Thursday, Friday & Sunday programs.
- Harvest Festival
The Sioux Center Harvest Festival will be held Friday & Saturday, September 18 & 19, at the Sioux Center Fair Grounds Heritage Village. Activities and demonstrations are planned for both days.
- “Open Hands” Concert -- 7:30 PM
The jazz group “Open Hands” will be performing at Christ Chapel in Orange City at 7:30 PM on Friday, September 18. Advance tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students and are available at Orange City Banks, Dove Bookstore, Don’s Food Center, and True Vine. Group rates are available by calling 707-4885. Tickets at the door will be $10 for adults and $8 for students.
- Dordt College Pops Concert -- 7:30 PM
A Dordt College Pops Concert will be presented at 7:30 PM on Friday, September 18, in the B.J. Haan Auditorium. The science-fiction based theme will be carried out in both the music and attire of performers.
