- “Women of God” Conference
A “Women of God” Conference will be held April 15 and 16 at the Sioux Center New Life Reformed Church. Dinner, brunch and 18 workshops will be offered. Cost is $35, with all proceeds going to The Bridge Transitional Housing for homeless women and kids in Northwest Iowa. Register online at TheBridgeHousing.org or call The Bridge at 707.9922.
- High School Band Festival -- 7:00 PM
Over 400 high school and Dordt College students will perform in the High School Band Festival at Dordt College on Friday, April 15. The concert begins in the B.J. Haan Auditorium at 7:00 PM with performances by individual bands. The evening will conclude in the DeWitt Gymnasium where the bands will combine for a mass band performance.
