- DOT Public Information Meeting -- 5:00 PM
The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting on Thursday, March 29, at the Rock Valley City Hall. This is an open forum format that will take place between 5:00 & 7:00 PM. Discussion will be the proposed bridge replacement on Highway 18 over a small stream west of Road K-30.
- "Sheperd's Table" Free Banquet -- 6:30 PM
“The Shepherds Table “will begin serving at 6:30 PM on Thursday, March 29, at the Akron Reformed Church. All are welcome.
- David Nevue Concert -- 7:00 PM
David Nevue, pianist, composer & storyteller, will perform at 7:00 PM at the Orange City Immanuel Christian Reformed Church on Thursday, March 29. Advance tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students at Dove Bookstore, Immanuel Christian Reformed Church and the Orange City Arts Council. At the door, tickets are $8 and $6.
- “The Women of Lockerbie” Play -- 7:30 PM
“The Women of Lockerbie” will be performed at 7:30 PM on March 29, 30 & 31 in the Dordt College New World Theatre. Tickets will be available at the door one hour before the performance and are $2 for students and $5 for adults.
