- Beginning Experience Weekend Conference

- Prairie Grass Film Challenge Screening / Awards -- 5:00 PM
The Awards Ceremony for the 2009 Dordt College Prairie Grass Film Challenge is this Friday night. 24 teams from high schools and colleges competed to make a film in 48 hours. Screening of these films will take place from 6:00 – 8:00 PM this Friday in the Campus Center Student Activity area and in the Science Building lecture halls. The awards ceremony begins at 8:30 PM in the BJ Haan Auditorium, with “Best of Show Award” and “People’s Choice Award” being given out. This free evening of fun is open to everyone.
- “Musica Antiqua” Performance -- 6:30 PM
“Musica Antiqua”, a professional touring ensemble specializing in the performance of music and dance of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, will perform at 6:30 PM in the Dordt College's B.J. Haan Auditorium on Friday, February 13.
- “Flame” in Concert -- 7:30 PM
Christian Rap & Hip-Hop artist “Flame” will perform a free concert at 7:30 PM on Friday, February 13, at Christ Chapel in Orange City.
