- "Day of Encouragement"
A “Day of Encouragement” will be held at Dordt College on Saturday, February 6. This event is a day to inspire, encourage, and equip God's people for ministry. For more information, see the “Day of Encouragement” website at www.dordt.edu/events/day_of_encouragement. Group and early registration discounts are being offered.
- Legislative Forum
Representative Chuck Soderberg and Senator Randy Feenstra will host legislative forums on Saturday, February 6, at 9:30 AM at the Akron Public Library and at 11:00 AM at the Hawarden City Hall.
- The Master's Voice Quartet in Concert -- 7:00 PM
The Master’s Voice Quartet from Sioux Falls will hold a benefit concert at Rock Valley Community High School at 7:00 PM on Saturday, February 6. Admission will be charged at the door, with proceeds benefitting area veterans’ travel to Washington DC this summer.
